2. Return Timeframe

  • Return requests must be initiated within 3 days of receiving the product.
  • The product must be sent back to our office or collection point within 7 days of approval.

3. Return Process

  2. Wait for Approval
    Our team will review the request and get back within 2 working days.
  3. Return the Product
    once approved, return the item securely in its original packaging to the provided return address.
  4. Inspection & Verification
    After receiving the product, our team will inspect it. If it passes inspection, we’ll proceed with the next steps.

4. Refund Method

Once a returned product is verified:

  • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days
  • Refunds may be issued via bKash/Nagad/bank transfer or the original payment method
  • In the case of cash on delivery (COD), refund will be made via mobile wallet or bank transfer
