Estimated Delivery Time Online orders are typically delivered within 1–3 business days, though peak times or remote locations may extend this window slightly.
Order Timing & Stock Confirmation Payment must be finalized within 72 hours of order confirmation. Delays may lead to stock depletion or price adjustments. If a selected item is out of stock, we will contact you to offer a replacement, refund, or waitlist option.
Apartment & Building Deliveries In high-rise buildings, delivery personnel may ask that pickups occur at the building’s main gate for easier access.
Express Delivery If an item is in stock, you can opt for express delivery. If delivery exceeds 24 hours from confirmation, the delivery fee will be waived. Express delivery charges depend on item size and location and will be communicated at the time of order.
